Today I have a renewed hope.
Sure I have been caught up, willingly, in the new dawn and renewed hope in this country led by a new President that inspires hope like few I heard or read about. His voice strong, his vision proud he leads us to the change we so desperately need.
Also renewing my hope today is once again the miracle of life - Scott’s youngest daughter’s first child will be a son. A new grandson I know we will love and adore as we love the others.
Also, renewing my hope is acceptance. Acceptance in the facts of our personal fiscal life. Acceptance in what is best for us - a course of action that will allow us a more stress-less life. A life that will give us more freedom and less “working just to keep the roof over our heads”. I know I have been less than supportive to my husband during this trying month or so. That changes now.
So, today I have a renewed hope.
It’s a New Day

Hope is the flavour that has communicated half a world - to us in Australia. I, too, have hope.
