Scott and I woke up at a leisurely pace this morning. After a bit of online catchup we were off to the bookstore. We picked up handful of things to read and calenders for this year and settled down for some coffee.
It’s moments like those - with my head stuck in a book and his in a magazine that I truly am thankful for our simple life.
We rushed home a bit before our company came - “N” stopped by for a day for football and bbq. We didn’t watch much football but the conversations were great as usual.
It’s not too late now so I have started laundry and am even thinking of getting out the paints.
